Bringing all the pizzazz and passion of the food world to The Living Room is super chef Miguel Maestre. Australia definitely lucked out when this Spanish native decided to move to Sydney eight years ago.
Having worked in some of Europe’s best restaurants, Chef Maestre soon shone under the guidance of friend and mentor Manu Feildel at Number One Wine Bar in Sydney’s Circular Quay.
In January 2010, Miguel opened his first restaurant El Toro Loco and became a consultant for the Argyle’s Bazar by Miguel Maestre in The Rocks, Sydney.
On TV, Miguel has flamboyantly appeared on Boys Weekend, Miguel’s Tropical Kitchen and MasterChef. We can’t wait to see him continue his crazy behaviour on The Living Room!
